📅 Return Window

You can request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges after this 30-day window.


📦 Eligible Returns

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged item
  • You received the wrong size
  • You received an incorrect item

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Customized or personalized products are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged unless defective or incorrect.

To complete a return, you must provide a proof of purchase or order number.

⚠️ Please do not send returns to the manufacturer. All returns must be processed through us directly.


💰 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email confirming the return and whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method.

Delayed or Missing Refunds

If your refund hasn’t appeared:

  3. Contact your bank for processing delays

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing them.
  • Once processing or shipping begins, we can no longer cancel the order.

🔁 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

🚚 Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping amount may be deducted.

We are not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages.
