Refund & Return Policy

At Jerseys Teams World™, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

📦 Returns & Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, after this 30-day period, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

✅ Eligible Returns

  • You received a damaged T-shirt.
  • You received the wrong size.
  • You received an incorrect T-shirt.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized products are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged unless defective or incorrect.
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required for all returns.

⚠️ Please do not send returns to the manufacturer. All returns must be processed directly through us.

💰 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email notification confirming whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days and credited back to your original payment method.

⏳ Delayed or Missing Refunds

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card provider (posting times vary).
  • Contact your bank for processing delays.

❌ Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once processing or shipping begins, orders cannot be canceled.

🔁 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

🚚 Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost may be deducted.
  • For high-value returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

🕐 Extended Delivery Issues

If your order has not arrived within 30 days after the estimated delivery time, you may request a refund by contacting us within an additional 30-day window via our Contact Us page.
